Key responsibilities
- Connect with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Conduct property viewings and highlight key features, amenities, and benefits.
- Facilitate rent negotiations between landlords and tenants.
- Guide clients through rental paperwork and legal compliance.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Assist with buyer negotiations, market updates, and closing processes when required.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Strong independent work ethic and interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, and pleasant demeanor.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
