The agent connects property owners and clients and facilitates rental and sales transactions in Doha's prestigious areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend properties.
- Conduct viewings and highlight the benefits of the luxury portfolio.
- Facilitate lease and sales agreements on favorable terms.
- Manage paperwork according to legal and company requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and sellers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson in Qatar.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, trustworthy demeanor.
- CRM software experience and multilingual abilities are preferred.
Compensation
