Role overview
The agent connects property owners and clients to facilitate rental and sales transactions in prestigious Doha areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs, budgets, and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct viewings highlighting the benefits of the luxury portfolio.
- Facilitate lease and sales agreements and negotiate favorable terms.
- Manage paperwork in line with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and sellers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson in Qatar.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and trustworthy demeanor.
- CRM software experience and multilingual abilities are preferred.
