Female Inventory Assistant (Store Keeper)

Inventory and stock control
- Maintain accurate stock records, control inventory levels, minimize discrepancies, and document damaged stock for the warehouse.
- Request and receive weekly goods transfers; review documentation and product codes, and monitor stock movements and discontinued items.
- Inspect stock and shop products for expiry, manage aging products, and use FIFO/LIFO methods.
- Reconcile prices and stock-on-hand counts against system and Dolphin reports; coordinate with the warehouse to resolve errors.
- Place approved orders, replenish stock, and follow up on timely delivery.
- Manage returns, transfers, and receivables; maintain a temporary holding area and recommend improvements based on return patterns.
- Coordinate regular and annual inventory audits and keep inventory records updated.
Store operations and reporting
- Oversee unpacking, shelf stocking, and merchandising standards; maintain a clean, organized stock room.
- Inspect guest areas and test machines, reporting maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
- Report incidents that breach shop SOPs and support quality improvement or corrective action plans.
- Prepare management reports, enter data, perform routine clerical duties, and inform the Spa Manager about newly received items.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers, the Spa Manager, and warehouse staff.
- Comply with SOPs and occupational health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant subject.
- At least two years of inventory and operations experience in a relevant industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Dolphin, MMS, and ERP software or similar IT software.
- Fluency in English.
- One year of inventory management experience is listed as preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,750–3,000 per month.
