Duties
- Welcome customers, identify preferences, and recommend hairstyles and haircuts suited to their face shapes and tastes.
- Cut, style, wash, rinse, and dry clients’ hair; consult on styles and colors and apply hair-care products.
- Use coloring techniques such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
- Cross-sell hair-care products and salon services; achieve individual and salon daily and monthly targets.
- Follow up with clients to arrange future appointments and keep up with hairstyle trends and styling methods.
- Maintain workstation, trolley, brushes, wash area, and equipment; avoid product wastage and care for tools.
- Offer related services such as manicure, pedicure, waxing, and facials when appropriate.
- Implement training, follow the salon's SOP, remain presentable, and work beyond shift hours when business requires.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Be able to provide haircuts, styling, and coloring services using basic and advanced techniques.
- Be willing to work beyond shift hours when business requirements call for it.
- Implement training and follow the salon's SOP.
