What You'Ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, consultations, and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
What We'Re Looking For
- Native or fluent **Arabic speaker** (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a consultative sales approach.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
