We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented **Arabic Female Sales Representative** to join our expanding team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to successful deal closure and ongoing account management.
Your ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain long-term relationships will be essential to achieving both individual and company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and generate revenue growth.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations tailored to customer requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services that deliver value and meet business objectives.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while managing pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer support.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
& Requirements
- **Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and verbal) – mandatory.**
- **Female candidates only.**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
