Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused, and results-oriented **Arabic Female Sales Representative** to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding customers through the entire sales cycle.

Your ability to understand client needs, build trust, and close deals will contribute directly to the company's continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities to expand the customer base and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct professional product presentations, consultations, and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services that deliver value and meet business objectives.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and company offerings to effectively position solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Native or fluent **Arabic speaker** (written and spoken) — **mandatory**.
  • **Female candidates only.**
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
