Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, discuss pricing, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales agreements.
• Provide outstanding after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and efficient service delivery.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and company products and services to effectively position solutions in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken) — mandatory.**
• **Female candidates only.**
• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
