FEMALE ADMIN CUM MARKETING – Nursery (Riyadh Branch)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Early Years Education (Nursery / Preschool)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Admin cum Marketing Executive to support the daily operations and growth of our nursery in Riyadh.

This role requires someone who can balance administration, parent communication, and marketing execution, while confidently navigating Saudi regulatory portals and compliance systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, enrolments, and parent documentation
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Handle parent enquiries, admissions follow-ups, and customer service
  • Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and internal reporting
  • Support compliance documentation and audit readiness

Marketing & Growth

  • Execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Manage WhatsApp communication and lead conversion
  • Create and schedule content (offers, events, seasonal campaigns)
  • Support paid ads (Meta / Google) and basic performance tracking
  • Assist in organising nursery events, tours, and promotions

Saudi Portals & Compliance

  • Operate and manage key Saudi government platforms such as:
  • QIWA (HR & employment management)
  • Mudad (WPS payroll compliance)
  • GOSI (social insurance)
  • Ensure employee records, contracts, and payroll submissions are compliant
  • Liaise with PRO / management on regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in administration and/or marketing
  • Experience in nursery, school, or service-based environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of Saudi portals (QIWA, Mudad, GOSI)non-negotiable
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)
  • Confident in handling parents and customer-facing situations
  • Skilled in social media management and basic content creation
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
