The Ideal Candidate
Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, hands-on role in all weather conditions.
Reliable and self-motivated with good timekeeping and a positive attitude.
Willing to learn and committed to following processes.
Able to travel to remote sites independently.
Experience with livestock is a plus but not essential.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with pigs on an outdoor unit, including feeding, moving, serving and handling.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of animal welfare.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures and support management in fostering a positive safety culture.
- Maintain the overall appearance and condition of the farm.
- Safely and effectively operate farm machinery.
