About This Role

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production of joinery and fit-out items while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines. The role involves managing factory staff, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the joinery and fit-out factory
• Plan and allocate tasks to carpenters, painters, polishers, and machine operators
• Ensure production targets and project deadlines are met
• Read and interpret technical drawings and coordinate with design and project teams
• Monitor quality of materials and finished products as per company standards
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials
• Maintain production schedules and prepare progress reports
• Implement and enforce health & safety regulations in the factory
• Minimize material wastage and improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick solutions
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fit-out/joinery factory operations in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, finishing, and materials
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience in handling factory workforce and production planning
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of factory safety standards and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
