Overview

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dubai. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, furniture, fixtures, and fittings according to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, laminates, and other materials according to drawings and specifications.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other carpentry works.
• Repair and maintain existing wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
• Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other tradesmen to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or vocational training in Carpentry is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of carpentry experience in construction, fit-out, maintenance, or interior works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
