About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Business Support Executive to support daily office operations, business development activities, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a fast-paced interior fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and filing systems
  • Prepare quotations, LPOs, invoices, contracts, and reports
  • Handle calls, emails, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors

Business & Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
  • Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Maintain CRM/database of leads, clients, and project details
  • Track sales pipeline and generate reports

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
  • Track project documentation (drawings, approvals, submittals)
  • Support in project reporting and progress tracking

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Follow up on quotations, approvals, and payments
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in interior fit-out or construction industry)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Visa Requirement (Mandatory)

  • Candidate must be on a valid UAE dependent visa (spouse or family visa)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
