This is a part-time remote role for a Facilities Manager.
The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, coordinate repairs, liaise with contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Additional responsibilities include planning and managing facility-related budgets, implementing cost-effective strategies, and addressing the needs of the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across facilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, operations, and safety regulations
- Experience in vendor management and coordination
- Budget management and cost control skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with facility management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
