The Facilities Manager at GRUPO CCHH SAC will oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant environments.
This part-time, remote role includes coordinating and supervising service providers, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and responding to facility-related incidents or urgent issues.
The Facilities Manager will monitor budgets and vendor contracts, support space planning and workplace safety initiatives, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports on facility performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize and resolve facility needs.
While primarily remote, occasional on-site visits may be required depending on business needs and location.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, building operations, or a related field, preferably overseeing multiple sites or vendors.
- Strong skills in maintenance coordination, asset tracking, and basic understanding of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to effectively manage external service providers.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for work order management, scheduling, documentation, and reporting in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, with the ability to apply policies and best practices to facility operations.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing multiple requests and meeting deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Preferred: Prior experience in corporate or commercial facilities, and relevant education or certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
