Lead day-to-day operations at assigned sites and ensure buildings, assets, and services operate safely and efficiently in line with contract requirements and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hard and soft FM services, including MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control, across assigned sites.
- Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programs.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against contract scope, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Prepare and control site budgets, cost reports, and procurement requests.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, Civil Defense regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present them to management.
- Lead, schedule, and develop site supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- At least 6 years of facilities management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS Office; strong budgeting and contract management skills.
- IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM, or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
