Overview
Supervising daily operations, preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans (PM/CM) according to approved methodologies, and applying asset and facility management systems such as CAFM or CMMS.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 41001 (Facilities Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, and being familiar with periodic review procedures and internal audit processes to ensure compliance.
Evaluating supplier performance according to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring quality and value for money.
Monitoring expenditures, analyzing costs, and improving spending efficiency without affecting service quality.
Developing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implementing sustainability practices (energy conservation, waste management).
Leading work teams, developing their skills, and coordinating with different departments to ensure process integration.
