- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers meeting technical and financial requirements
- Strong knowledge of vendor registration (mandatory)
- Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive pricing and favorable delivery conditions
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and purchase orders align with project requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support business continuity and innovation
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements
- Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review and strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies
- Support cross-functional teams by providing procurement insights to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
