Procurement Engineer– Facilities Management (FM)
About This Role
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers meeting technical and financial requirements
Strong knowledge of vendor registration (mandatory)
Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive pricing and favorable delivery conditions
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and purchase orders align with project requirements
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support business continuity and innovation
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements
Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review and strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies
