Overview
- Lead and manage all Total Facilities Management operations, including Hard Services (MEP systems) and Soft Services
- Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all building systems and infrastructure
- Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain high standards
- Manage all MEP equipment, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and compliance
- Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and service quality standards
- Manage service providers, contracts, and SLAs to ensure cost efficiency and performance excellence
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks in line with HSE regulations
- Plan and control budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Lead and develop FM teams, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure effective handling of client requests, complaints, and continuous service improvement
- Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental best practices
- Utilize CAFM systems for reporting, asset management, and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with clients an d stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative FM solutions
