Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Handle vendor management and service coordination.
- Monitor office/facility cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of facility-related expenses and documentation.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
- Support administrative and operational requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
