Facilities Assistant-
supports the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s facilities.
Responsible for assisting with day -to-day building management tasks, including basic maintenance, cleanliness, sports venues set up, and coordination of repairs, ensuring a safe, functional, and well -maintained environment for staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations, with the ability to handle daily operational tasks effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and handle challenges efficiently.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, catering, or facilities management sectors is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HSE standards and practices is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in facility management or related fields are a plus.
