ARAB CDP (Salad station)-
manage salad section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to high standards of taste and presentation.
Responsibilities
include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene, assisting with menu planning, and monitoring inventory and supplies.
The role also involves working closely with the culinary team to ensure the delivery of premium-quality meals that align with the company’s hospitality ethos.
Qualifications
- 5 yrs experience as Salad Making (exp in GCC mandatory)
- local in Doha with valid QID
- fluent in Arabic
- Expertise in culinary techniques, food preparation, and menu execution
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and inventory management
- Team leadership, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments
- Experience in large-scale catering or hospitality services is beneficial
- Culinary Arts Diploma or equivalent professional certification is preferred
