About This Role
Fitness Trainers-
responsible for assisting members with their fitness routines, facilitating group exercise sessions, and maintaining a clean and safe workout environment.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring efficient operation of recreation facilities, providing excellent customer service, and promoting an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
The Fitness Attendant will also support clients in meeting their fitness goals with individualized guidance as needed.
Qualifications
- **5 yrs experience as Fitness Trainers**
- **with valid BASIC FIRST AID/FITNESS CERTIFICATE/EDUCATION CERTIFICATES (mandatory)**
- Experience in Group Exercise and Recreation activities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and engaging environment
- Understanding of Exercise Physiology and fitness principles to guide members effectively
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitness facility
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is mandatory
- Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus
