Oversee regional maintenance teams, operational continuity, safety, service quality, and maintenance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5โ8 years of relevant maintenance and facilities management experience.
- Proven multisite maintenance leadership experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on CAFM implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Strong vendor and AMC management experience.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and respond effectively to operational escalations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Area Maintenance Managers and oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations.
- Own national SLA, preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and AMC performance.
- Manage cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste, and related facilities services.
- Implement and optimize CAFM/FSM workflows for tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and SLA reporting.
- Ensure store handovers, snag closure, asset records, and supplier warranty claims.
- Coordinate operational priorities and maintenance spend with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control.
- Resolve major maintenance and operational escalations.
