The employer seeks a Facade Project Manager to support operations in Dubai Industrial City.
The company manufactures and installs aluminium and façade systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage façade project delivery from design coordination through installation and handover.
- Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve façade drawings, materials, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety compliance, and documentation.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
- Supervise and mentor project engineers and site teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of experience in façade, aluminium, or curtain wall project management.
- Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office.
- GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000–25,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai Industrial City.
