Overview
A premium café chain operating in the UAE is looking for an Artisan Baker in our team of enthusiasts to become the most recognizable brand in Dubai.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
Mandatory experience with European bakery and French techniques
Strong skills in laminated dough and lamination processes
Experience
working with sourdough (starter maintenance, fermentation control)
Knowledge of baking equipment and thermal processes
Organized, consistent, able to work under production pressure
Responsibilities
Dough preparation and lamination according to standards
Baking a range of bread and pastry products (including sourdough)
Maintaining product quality and consistency
Compliance with recipes, processes, and hygiene standards
Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
