The F&B Service Expert delivers a memorable dining experience through guest service and food-and-beverage support.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Read and visually verify menu information and make transactions part of the guest experience.
- Follow company policies and quality standards, and contribute to a safe workplace.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Physical requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license/certification is specified.
