Guest service duties
- Set tables, coordinate with kitchen staff, interact with and serve guests, and clean work and storage areas.
- Help make guest transactions part of a memorable dining experience.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines, maintain quality standards, and communicate professionally.
Desirable qualifications and physical tasks
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
- Less than one year of related experience is desirable; supervisory experience is not required.
- No license or certification is required.
- Tasks include prolonged standing and walking, working on uneven or slippery surfaces, and moving objects under 50 pounds without assistance.
- The role also involves reaching, bending, turning, stretching, and stooping.
