F&B Service Expert (Dry)
Role Overview
Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services so guests enjoy their meal.
Duties include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Critical to success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
The role requires being on your feet and moving around, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work.

Position Summary

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

- Set tables and prepare dining areas for guest service.
- Communicate with the kitchen to coordinate guest orders and service.

- Clean work areas and supplies.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
