F&B Senior Operations Manager
About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business performance across multiple outlets, maintain exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and uphold the luxury service standards of Mohamed Hilal Group.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
- Monitor outlet performance, sales targets, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all locations operate according to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and outlet teams.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build a positive and high-performance culture across all outlets.
Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, P&L, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Analyze sales reports, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest service and swift resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
- Drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and municipality regulations.
- Maintain food quality, service consistency, and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with central kitchen, procurement, HR, finance, and marketing teams.
Business Growth
- Support new outlet openings, concept launches, and expansion plans.
- Identify market trends and recommend improvements to increase competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of F&B operations experience, with at least 3 years in a senior multi-unit management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
- Experience in luxury dining, premium cafés, or lifestyle hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
