F&B Manager role seeking restaurant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor activity, open and close the venue, and handle unforeseen issues.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule front- and back-of-house employees; support morale and retention.
- Greet guests, monitor dining quality, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage labor and food costs, track inventory, place supplier orders, and meet revenue goals.
- Enforce health, sanitation, safety, and alcohol licensing regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, such as ServSafe certification, and POS or inventory software.
- Flexibility to work long shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
