We have a great opportunity for an experienced F&B Reservations Coordinator to join the team in Food & Beverage division.

The successful applicant will have a strong track record in marketing and preferable experience in the hospitality industry/luxury customer service.

What will you do?

Assist with restaurant reservations and VIP guest arrangements.

Maintain and update departmental records, filing systems, and databases.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all F&B offerings, menus, promotions, and events.

Ensure smooth information flow between F&B management and operational staff.

Follow up on guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of any concerns.

Maintain guest database and support personalized service efforts.

Upsell dining experiences and promote hotel events where appropriate.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.

To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.

The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex, on a one kilometre stretch of private beach overlooking the strait that separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a souk, offering a variety of shops under one roof.
