Responsibilities
- Accept dining reservations and arrange parties or special services.
- Assist with table and station assignments and reservation arrangements.
- Greet and escort guests, provide menus, answer questions, and suggest food and service options.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate dining-room personnel for prompt, courteous service.
- Keep dining stations neat and clean and ensure menus are clean and current.
- Thank departing guests and welcome them back.
- Attend Food & Beverage Leadership and Marketing meetings; take notes at leadership meetings.
- Assist the Resort Manager with administrative tasks and perform other duties as business demands.
Language requirement
- Tagalog is required.
Compensation
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
