The F&B Associate provides efficient, friendly food and beverage service and contributes to a positive guest experience.
Guest service and orders
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time.
- Serve meals and drinks according to service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Dining operations and teamwork
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with kitchen and food and beverage colleagues to support smooth service.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience.
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team toward food and beverage goals and guest satisfaction.
