Leads sales and marketing teams to grow a premium lubricants brand in global export markets.
Markets include Africa, CIS, the Middle East, North and South America, and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and marketing team, manage regional distributors, and drive annual sales volume targets.
- Promote grease and lubricant products, generate leads, close deals, and grow customer and distributor accounts.
- Oversee development of regional sales offices as the business expands.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Partner with technical teams on product improvements and development to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Manage debt collection and credit limits; represent the company at trade events.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate investigation and corrective actions with technical teams.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of lubricants sales operations and export business experience, particularly in Africa and CIS regions.
- Proven sales and distributor-management experience; lubricants or related-industry experience is preferred.
- Sales team management experience is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of lubricants and grease manufacturing and experience executing strategic plans in manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Ajman.
Skills and languages
- Fluent English is required; Arabic, French, or Russian is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.
