About the Role
We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals specializing in Dubai's off-plan property market to join our growing team.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent Responsibilities
- Source and generate new clients interested in off-plan properties
- Promote projects from leading developers such as Emaar Properties, DAMAC Properties, Sobha Realty, and Nakheel
- Conduct client consultations and property presentations
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Build strong relationships with investors and end users
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Off-Plan Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of off-plan agents
- Assist agents in negotiating and closing transactions
- Develop sales strategies and monitor performance
- Build relationships with developers and key clients
- Ensure the team consistently meets sales goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales
- Strong ability to source clients and close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and developers
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
