We Are Hiring!
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Administrator who will be responsible for supporting in pre and post sales, listing with administrative tasks, client coordination, and documentation.
This role ensures smooth day to day operations and compliance with company policies, developer, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and maintain sales, listing, and property contracts.
- Manage DLD portals, prepare Contracts A, B, and F in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain client files, KYC documents, and property records in line with RERA/DLD regulations.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and A to A contracts.
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and general administrative operations.
- Support agents with scheduling, calls, and client communication.
- Assist with property handovers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage property portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate and track commission payouts from developers.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
✔ Minimum **1 year of UAE real estate administration experience**
✔ Strong knowledge of **RERA regulations, Ejari, and property documentation**
✔ Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho or similar)**
✔ Excellent communication skills in **English** (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
