About the Opportunity
This is a permanent sales role at the heart of one of the most dynamic events businesses in the Middle East.
You will be responsible for driving exhibitor and sponsorship revenue across Clarion Events Nexus's growing portfolio of regional events, starting with what promises to be one of the most significant exhibitions the region has ever hosted.
Your first major project will be the WFG26 Fire & Safety Expo and Health & Wellness Expo, two co-located world-class exhibitions at the World Firefighters Games 2026 in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, hosted by Saudi Aramco.
With 7,000 competing athletes from 70 countries, 200,000+ attendees, and a qualified prospect database of more than 1,000 international companies already built, you will have everything you need to hit the ground running.
Beyond WFG26, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial success of future Clarion Events Nexus shows across the region, building lasting client relationships and growing with the business as our Middle East portfolio expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales across Clarion Events Nexus's regional event portfolio
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of regional and international prospects
- Conduct outbound sales activity, client meetings, and solution-based presentations
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with revenue targets and commercial strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear weekly reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless event delivery
- Represent the Clarion Events Nexus brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Stay close to market trends, competitive activity, and client needs across the Gulf region
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in exhibitions, events, media, or a related sector
- A strong, demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of GCC business culture and regional decision-making dynamics
- Fluent Arabic and English — written and spoken — essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a CRM and maintaining disciplined pipeline reporting
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with genuine hunger to close
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and KSA as required
