Job Description:
Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for a Senior Sales Executive with solid experience in the exhibition and events industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong client network and the ability to bring in new projects consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business in exhibitions, event stands, and fit-out projects
- Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, agencies, exhibitors)
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE exhibition/events industry
- Proven track record of bringing projects/clients
- Strong knowledge of exhibition stands, materials, and production process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred:
- Existing client database in UAE
- UAE driving license
Salary & Benefits:
