Job Description:
Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in the exhibition industry to support project execution and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
The candidate will work closely with the Production Manager and Sales team to manage projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between production, design, and site teams
- Follow up on project timelines and daily progress
- Communicate with clients for updates and requirements
- Assist in planning and scheduling project activities
- Ensure all materials and resources are arranged on time
- Support site execution and handle on-site coordination when required
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in exhibition/events industry (preferred)
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of production, materials, and site work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- UAE experience
- UAE driving license
Salary:
