Job Description
Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for an experienced **Production Manager** with a strong background in exhibition and event production.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, from concept to dismantling, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete production process for exhibition stands and event setups
- Coordinate with project coordinators, carpentry team, painters, electricians, and graphics team
- Understand project requirements and break them down into actionable tasks for the team
- Plan and supervise production timelines from start to dismantling
- Ensure proper communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor quality, deadlines, and on-site execution
- Provide creative input and practical solutions for project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in exhibition/event production (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, and site execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
- UAE experience in exhibition industry
- Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
