  • Expected to bring substantial specialist expertise and provide expert guidance and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive search mandates from brief to placement and deliver senior appointments to schedule and quality standards.
  • Support succession planning, identify critical roles, assess internal talent, and map credible successors.
  • Use search insights, market intelligence, and internal talent data to maintain leadership pipelines across regions.
  • Research, approach, and engage passive senior candidates and build a strong leadership talent network.
  • Meet clients and stakeholders in person; coordinate search needs, timelines, and communications across regions.
  • Conduct market mapping, talent benchmarking, and candidate research; provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and third-party partners; advise leaders on search strategy and best practice.
  • Maintain ATS and CRM tools, manage pipelines and metrics, and identify process improvements.
  • Support offers, negotiations, and onboarding for senior hires.

  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with relevant legislation and company policies across regions.
  • Participate in process optimization and data-driven search initiatives.

Competencies and professional skills

  • Communicate and collaborate diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders; use negotiation skills.
  • Build executive search and market intelligence expertise and apply analytical research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Independently manage mandates, build lasting client and candidate relationships, and execute strategic plans within budgets.
  • Improve search approaches and use software and automation to enhance efficiency.
