Executive - Sales Support (Freight Forwarding & Liner Coordination)

Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations on behalf of the logistics commercial team and manage quotation and contract processes with stakeholders.
• Acquire SME customers for logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
• Coordinate with internal departments, DP World global offices, and external logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, system updates, and opportunity information.
• Prepare reports and presentations on quotations, weekly and monthly performance, pipeline, market outreach, hit rate, and campaigns.
• Support order issue resolution, account registration, invoicing, and shipment-related challenges.
• Help account owners navigate internal processes while they are in the market.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, and customer dynamics.
• Ability to acquire, develop, and maintain SME customer relationships.
• Strong grasp of pricing, quotations, and contracts in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to analyze opportunities, identify needs, and propose competitive solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
