About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to UBO, who will manage UBO's schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
Additional responsibilities include organizing travel and events, preparing reports, and performing clerical tasks to ensure efficient workflow and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UBO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle email communication and business correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Assist with business and personal/lifestyle management tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities
- Support the UBO during travel (independently or accompanying when required)
- Ensure smooth coordination across business and personal schedules
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Background in family offices, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexibility to travel when required
