ACME Glass Technology & Infrastructure Solutions Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director of Technology Operations to lead enterprise technology operations, digital infrastructure management, business technology services, and operational transformation initiatives across a growing technology and infrastructure organization.
This executive leadership role offers an outstanding opportunity to oversee large-scale technology operations, drive innovation, optimize service delivery, and support organizational growth through modern technology solutions.

What you'll do
- Lead and oversee technology operations, infrastructure services, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Develop and execute technology strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Manage IT operations, digital platforms, infrastructure performance, and service delivery programs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
- Drive digital transformation, process automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor technology performance metrics, service levels, and operational outcomes.
- Oversee technology governance, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
- Manage strategic technology projects, vendor relationships, and external service providers.
- Identify emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business performance.
- Prepare executive reports, technology roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in technology operations, IT management, infrastructure services, digital transformation, enterprise systems, technology consulting, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead enterprise-wide technology programs and operational initiatives.
- Understanding of infrastructure management, cloud technologies, business systems, and operational excellence practices.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing technology vendors, budgets, and service delivery functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Professional, adaptable, and results-oriented leadership approach.
- Relevant education, certifications, or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
