The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful d
• elivery of multiple large-scale hospitality developments from construction through to completion and handover
• Oversee main contractors, ensuring performance across programme, cost, quality, and HSE standards
• Drive project execution strategies, sequencing plans, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, and construction functions
• Provide leadership and direction to internal delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Act as the senior interface with contractors, consultants, operators, and key stakeholders
• Proactively resolve complex delivery and construction challenges within demanding project environments
• Ensure projects are executed in line with international hospitality standards and operator requirements
• Support commercial and contractual decision-making in collaboration with commercial teams

Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements

• Currently operating in a senior leadership role within a major main contracting firm (Project Director, Operations Director, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex developments within Saudi Arabia
• Strong contracting-side experience is essential (client-side profiles will not be considered)
• Proven expertise managing the full construction lifecycle on major projects

Highly Preferred

• Direct hospitality project experience including luxury hotels, resorts, hospitality developments
• Exposure to complex, high-specification projects with international hospitality operators
• Experience working on giga-projects or major private developments within the Kingdom
