Classic Institute for Professional Development & Technology Saudi Arabia is seeking an accomplished Executive Director of Learning & Technology Services to lead educational innovation, learning operations, digital learning platforms, and technology-enabled professional development programs across a growing education and technology organization.

What you'll do
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of learning and technology services initiatives.
- Oversee professional development programs, digital learning platforms, and educational technology solutions.
- Develop and implement learning strategies that improve learner engagement, performance, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align educational services with organizational objectives.
- Drive innovation in learning delivery, instructional technology, and workforce development programs.
- Monitor learning performance metrics, technology effectiveness, and service quality indicators.
- Manage digital transformation projects, learning systems, and educational technology initiatives.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders, training providers, and technology vendors.
- Oversee operational planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Prepare executive reports, learning analytics, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development, education management, training services, educational technology, workforce development, instructional design, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to oversee learning operations, technology services, and organizational initiatives.
- Understanding of digital learning platforms, educational technologies, and professional development programs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing projects, teams, and service delivery programs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, business leaders, and external partners.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and educational excellence.
- Professional, adaptable, and results-oriented leadership style.
- Relevant education, certifications, or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
