Overview

  • Provide centralized administrative support across multiple branches and departments.
  • Manage Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and branch teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, track utilization, and support annual budgeting activities.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and centralized vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely processing of approvals, procurement activities, and vendor payments.
  • Track open POs and coordinate with Accounts Payable to avoid payment delays.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement standardized administrative procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and procurement processes.
