Overview
- Lead testing & commissioning activities for 400/220/132kV substations.
- Execute testing of GIS/AIS switchgear, transformers, protection relays, control systems, SCADA, and auxiliary systems.
- Prepare T&C procedures, method statements, schedules, and test reports.
- Perform relay configuration, secondary injection, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, vendors, and construction teams during commissioning activities.
- Monitor testing progress, manpower utilization, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, IEC/IEEE, and utility standards.
- Support energization, synchronization, and final commissioning of substations.
- Maintain testing records, punch lists, and commissioning documentation.
